Submit

Before submitting the conference, you may want to double-check what you entered, as you will not be able to modify those informations later. Also, please take note of what will happend when you'll hit the Create my Conference ! button.

  1. A email will be sent to each of the recipients (you included). If you wrote a message, we will add it to the email.
  2. In the email there will be a link to the conference's page. It will always be active but only reachable for logged in recipients.
  3. If a recipients is not logged in, he will receive a one time password with the email to be able to access the conference.
  4. On day D and time T, open the link and enjoy your High-Quality Conference !
